Spelling and Pronunciation Rules

I thought there were not written rules for the English Spelling, since even they consider it to very really a tough (dura) matter (asunto); but I was wrong (how strange!) and I found this. I hope it may be of use:

So, still unsatisfied, I looked for a similar site on the English Pronunciation Rules, that I have always found a mistery. Believe it or not, there is something to be said on that issue; do have a look, although be careful! English Pronunciation is so awkawrdly weird, that trying to learn them might be more difficult!
